The Indiana Institute on Disability and Community has a Transition to Adult Life web site.

 

 

 

 

Southern Indiana Center for Independent Living (SICIL)--helps connect individuals with disabilities to various community supports

ATTAIN- helps individuals with disabilities get access to technology

Work One--provides employment support and traning

Vocational Rehabilitation (VR)--provides employment support for individual with disabilities

Rural Transit--provides transportation to anyone living in Monroe, Owen and Lawrence Counties

Bloomington Transit--offers bus services on a fixed route system and a door-to-door system via BT Access for those who qualify.

StoneBelt--Adult service agency who provides residential, day programming and employment support.

Options for Better Living--Adult service agency who provides residential, day programming and employment support.

Christole, Inc-Adult agency based out of Nashville, IN that provides residential support to individuals with on the autism spectrum.
